Apartment of a famous architect
Facilities: Apartments with an area of 150 m22 In Moscow, on Vernardsky Boulevard.
Project author: studio “Alexandra Fedorova Bureau”.
Architect Alexandra Fedorova wanted to embody in her own apartment the ideas accumulated over the years of professional activity. In the project one can feel the basic principle adhered to in the “Alexandra Fedorova Bureau” – architecture and style are “timeless”, today and for 5, 10, 20 years.
Residential
Alan 150m2 divided into guest and host area. Most of the apartment is occupied by a living room combined with a dining room and a kitchen. The bedrooms, study and dressing room are accessible from the hallway.

Guest area
50 m view of guest area2 It opens right from the front door.
During the redevelopment, the balcony was connected to the living room. The portal is decorated with walnut veneer and the gap between the windows is closed with walnut paneling to create a solid window effect.
An interesting detail: the windows are deliberately devoid of curtains so as not to obstruct the stunning view of the city. As a decor, textiles are present on the adjacent wall.
In the photo: a wall with polished copper panels became the main accent in the interior of the kitchen-living room.
The kitchen, living room and dining room form a single space dominated by light chocolate and hazelnut tones.
The kitchen island, which also serves as a bar counter, divides the space into living and kitchen areas.
Bedroom
The bedroom is located in a bay window area. Since the room was quite narrow, a niche for the bed had to be built into the wall.
In the photo: the niche into which the bed is “buried” is decorated with wood panels and woven leather fabric.
In the photo: In the bedroom there is a comfortable chair and chaise longue for relaxing during the day.
cabin
The cabinet appeared as a temporary room in the apartment. It is assumed that in the future it will be converted into a nursery.
Child
The children's room is decorated in neutral yellow-green colors. The “adult” design was deliberately chosen for growth.
Bathrooms
The apartment has 2 bathrooms. The master bathroom is covered in white marble tiles. And the guest room is the only dark room in the house. The tiles, stylized as concrete and rusted metal, are perfectly complemented by the original sink.
