An apartment with advanced technology and ancient philosophy

The client needed a living space filled with special solutions and advanced technologies where he could retire and escape from the fast-paced everyday life. This became the starting point for creating an interior that would highlight the owner's lifestyle, character and hobbies.

An important point in the design of the apartment was the client's personal interest in Tibetan philosophy and feng shui, which reflects how the four elements are reflected in the situation: water, fire, earth and air.

Residential

The largest area of the apartment is occupied by a spacious kitchen-living room where you can receive guests. For a secluded relaxation, there is an isolated home cinema and a balcony decorated in the style of an open terrace.

A private block consists of a bedroom and an adjacent bathroom. Part of the space in the entrance hall is dedicated to storage systems.

Kitchen, living room

Following the concept of reflecting the 4 elements in the interior, the kitchen-living room corresponds to the fire. It is symbolized by a bio-fireplace and an oven, as well as the effects of lighting. Calm gray and white colors were chosen for the background. They promote relaxation in the house.

The energy center of the entire residence was the author's panel in the style of techno-art, made by an artist from St. Petersburg.

The interior is dominated by natural materials without imitations – the owner strives to live in a space filled with truth and authenticity.

Home Theatre

The home theater, like the living room, has a high-tech speaker system. A presenter who is not indifferent to good music can enjoy jazz compositions from vinyl records of impeccable quality.

balcony

The balcony, stylized as a terrace, is a separate corner for rest and relaxation. Wicker garden furniture and soft gray curtains create a striking contrast with the brick-red decorative plaster on the walls. An oriental accent is added by a Japanese-style pendant lamp.

Bedroom

The bedroom embodies elements of the earth. This is reflected above all in the warm terracotta tones, the dominance of wood and matt, velvet textures. The soft fabric panels on the headboard and the coconut mosaics on the opposite wall create a special cosiness.

bathroom

Blue mosaic and modern bathroom fixtures symbolize the water element. The abundance of chrome surfaces emphasizes the richness of this area with technological solutions.

Salon

The entrance area is the embodiment of the element of air. Cool steel shadows, shiny surfaces and floating lights symbolize lightness and movement.

Technological solutions

In this project, special attention was paid to technical aspects. Therefore, light control was made to use only the necessary resources. Local light scenario is provided to welcome guests, spotlight is used in the evening and decorative light is used to illuminate tables and niches. A silent mission scenario was developed for moving at night.
