Is a four-poster bed suitable for a bedroom?

A French bed – this is what is usually imagined when the expression “four-poster bed” is heard. In the classic version, it is a large double bed with a “frame” in the upper part. Textiles can be fixed on it in different ways – loosely covered or rigidly fixed and covered.
Classic four-poster beds differ little from historical models both in shape and material.
