Proven solutions for the interior of a townhouse with a bay window
Residential
The number of floors of the townhouse determined the planning logic: on the first floor there are all common areas, on the second – private rooms of the owners and children, the third floor is reserved for the guest area.

The large glazed bay window is the main design feature of the townhouse. It influenced the layout in many ways. On the first floor there is a living room, on the second – a bedroom, on the third floor – a library.
First floor
The first floor is flooded with light. This is facilitated not only by panoramic windows, but also by partially glazed partitions.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are separated only formally. They are perceived as a single whole due to common motifs in decoration and the absence of blank walls.

If the dining room is designed for leisurely family meals, you can grab a quick breakfast or snack at the bar in the kitchen.

Second floor
There are three bedrooms on the second floor – one for the spouses, the other two for the weather girls.
To avoid conflicts between children, children are deliberately furnished with the same furniture and decorated in the same colors.

The master bedroom is decorated in warm colors. The pattern of the curtains visually continues the two-tone color of the walls.
Convenient and functional storage systems are one of the main planning requirements of the owners. Each bedroom has its own dressing room. Shared storage rooms were located on the third and first floors.

The couple's bathroom is bright and airy, finished in marble tiles and mosaics. The architects were particularly proud of the glass partition separating the shower, with no visible fixtures. It was installed before the finishing work began.

Children's bathroom is designed for growth. Cheerful, but moderately strict, the decoration is rather young than childish. In a few years, the design of the bathroom will continue to be relevant for older children.

Third floor
On the third floor there are two guest rooms decorated in the same style. It is assumed that the parents of the owners who come to stay will be here. This served as the starting point for the choice of color and style.
A bay window on the third floor houses a family library and a separate study. It has a fully equipped work area with office equipment and cabinets for books and documents.
