This candy, which only appears at this time of year, is loved by children and also adults, who go crazy with thematic drawings, for example. But recently new techniques have emerged and in addition to the Easter eggs you find on the market, homemade ones, especially the so-called “spoon” ones, have become a success.
It is only half the size of a traditional egg and is filled with different flavors: brigadeiro, beijinho, passion fruit, hazelnut, truffle and others.

So in today's post we will teach you how to do it Make your own Easter egg from a spoon!

Materials:

– 250g easter egg shape
– 150g chocolate (type of your choice: milk, white, bitter, etc.)
– Chocolate chips or flakes

For the brigadeiro filling:
– 6 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
– 1 can of condensed milk

Preparation method:

Melt 150g of chocolate in a double boiler in a saucepan. Stir until it sets. Then place the chocolate in the silicone mold up to the indicated mark and cover with the other part of the mold. Wait until a place to lay eggs or a hard shell is formed. Remove carefully from the mold so that it does not break and is not left aside.

Prepare the brigadeiro (in this case). Place the can of condensed milk next to the spoons of powdered chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the brigadeiro comes out of the pan, set aside and let cool.

After these steps, take the egg shell and fill it with cold brigadeiro (so as not to melt the egg), divide the filling into layers. Level the filling with the back of a spoon and remove the shell from the pan. Put it in the dish in which it will be served, remove the burrs from the edge of the egg and decorate with sprinkles.

It is worth remembering that the filling and the candy can be varied, choosing according to your taste. Bet on brigadeiro balls, kisses, M & Ms, strawberries and anything else that comes to mind. Use your creativity!
