10 Dressing Tables With Interesting Designs

A dressing table is a must-have item in a woman's bedroom. It not only makes facial care and makeup application comfortable.
A convenient dressing table will not allow jars, tubes and brushes to “walk” on all free surfaces, significantly reducing the time for getting ready before going out.

Ladies and Gentlemen: 10 Dressing Tables with Interesting Designs

What should be in it?

The classic design of the dressing table assumes the presence of drawers for cosmetics and accessories. In the most spacious models, the table top is based on cabinets with shelves. In compact models, only 2-3 drawers under the table top are reserved for cosmetic “little things”.

If you need lots of space to store your jewelry, cosmetics, and other personal items, you can purchase a large table with side tables or get a stylish dressing table paired with a special dresser for accessories.

Mirror – built-in or separate?

A mandatory attribute of the dressing table is a mirror. Tables in a classic or antique style are often equipped with a three-part mirror, the sides of which are turned at the desired angle.

In modern models, the mirror is usually located in the folding part of the table in the middle. The rising middle part provides access to drawers or a flat shelf on which it is convenient to place brushes, tubes and jars. If the mirror is lowered, the dressing table looks like an elegant console.

The disadvantage of such models is that the size of the mirror is limited by the width of the table top. In narrow models, it may not be enough for comfortable makeup application.

Some dressing tables do not have a mirror and must be purchased separately. This option is good because you choose the size and shape of the mirror you want.

For a small bedroom

The variety of Italian factories allows you to choose a dressing table of any size and style. When there is no room for a full-size model with side cabinets for cosmetics, a compact transformable table “disguises” itself as a console, cabinet or coffee table when not in use.
